General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by persons residing in Spain and Germany through the saranghae.es online store. saranghae.es provides all its services exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 - TERMS OF USE OF THE ONLINE STORE
By agreeing to these general terms and conditions, you declare that you have reached the minimum legal age in your country or that you have received the consent of your guardians to use this website.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you must not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You may not transmit viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination of your services.
SECTION 2 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
SARANGHAE always strives to keep its customers informed about the products and services offered. The information on www.saranghae.es comes, in part, directly from the manufacturers or from experts, ambassadors and authors, and is presented in a structured and customer-friendly manner.
All information on www.saranghae.es is for guidance only, and any liability is disclaimed. SARANGHAE makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided. The material on this website should not be considered advice, including legal or medical advice. SARANGHAE makes no express or implied warranties about this website, nor makes any representations as to the information provided.
Ingredient lists represent all product options or variants. Although SARANGHAE reviews and updates these lists, the actual ingredients in a product variant may differ from the list on the website. Ingredients may change at the manufacturer's discretion. For the most accurate ingredient list, please refer to the product packaging.
We reserve the right to change prices and product range at any time without prior notice. Product images and illustrations are not binding and may differ from the original.
Current prices are published on the website www.saranghae.es .
Prices are binding at the time of ordering. If errors or inaccuracies are made in the prices indicated, SARANGHAE reserves the right to make subsequent price adjustments. In this case, the customer will be informed and is not obliged to accept the products affected by the price change.
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
In addition to the prices indicated, shipping charges will apply, which will be expressly specified on the product page according to the type of shipping chosen.
From an order value of 60 EUR , after applying discounts and special offers, SARANGHAE will cover the shipping costs (except for A-Post Priority and/or signature-only shipping).
SECTION 3 - ORDER AND SHIPPING
An order is binding for the customer when he or she clicks the "Complete order" button to confirm his or her purchase on the checkout page. A complete order summary will then be displayed at the end of the process.
The customer will receive a confirmation of receipt by email immediately after placing the order. Until the time of shipment, SARANGHAE reserves the right to refuse the order or reduce the quantity of items in a new email notification, which will modify the contract, reducing the quantity ordered. Unless the customer immediately communicates that he is not interested in the reduced quantity.
SARANGHAE reserves the right to refuse an order if there is a dispute with the customer, especially in cases of unpaid payments for previous orders or unpaid invoices from the same person or someone from the same household.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address . If the customer makes a mistake in the address and, under the current circumstances, delivery is not possible, SARANGHAE may refuse delivery without any obligation to replace or compensate.
SARANGHAE ships to Spain , Germany and the Principality of Liechtenstein .
SARANGHAE warehouse is located in Barcelona, Spain . According to our shipping policy, SARANGHAE ships the products within 48 hours on business days, or after receiving payment confirmation.
SARANGHAE can only be held liable for delays in delivery and their consequences if these are due to a serious or intentional breach of contract by SARANGHAE . For other delays, including those caused by postal services, SARANGHAE suppliers or third parties, we assume no liability.
SECTION 4 – COUPONS, BONUS PROGRAMS AND GIFT CARDS
Only one coupon can be used per order. At the end of the checkout process, the coupon code is entered into the appropriate field. The coupon amount will be deducted directly from the purchase total. Coupons exceeding the order amount cannot be refunded. Discounts obtained through the use of reward points cannot be combined with gift vouchers.
SARANGHAE offers digital gift cards that are not physical products. E-gift cards are delivered via email and contain instructions for redemption at checkout. SARANGHAE e-gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire.
SECTION 5 – WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
SARANGHAE.es guarantees that the products will be free of damage at the time of shipment. Products damaged during transport will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of SARANGHAE.es , provided that the customer notifies SARANGHAE.es by email within 7 days of receipt of the product. If requested by SARANGHAE.es , the customer must return the products in their original packaging, and shipping costs will be covered by SARANGHAE.es .
SARANGHAE.es shall only be liable to the customer for damages to the extent that such liability is stipulated by the law on liability for defective products in Spain.
Any other form of warranty on the delivered goods as well as liability for damage caused by such goods is excluded, unless SARANGHAE.es has intentionally concealed defects in the product. However, if SARANGHAE.es can assert warranty claims against its suppliers, SARANGHAE.es will pass such claims on to the customer, where possible. SARANGHAE.es assumes no liability for whether these claims can be validly processed. The same applies to any type of claim that SARANGHAE.es can make against the postal service due to damage incurred during transport.
In particular, SARANGHAE.es does not guarantee that the products are suitable for the intended use by the customer or that they provide a specific result. In addition, the guarantee does not cover damage that is the responsibility of the buyer, such as improper use of the product or damage caused by external factors that are not the responsibility of the seller, such as damage occurring during transport.
SECTION 6 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery. The right of return is exercised by sending the product back; it is not necessary to justify the return. However, the product must be announced by email to returns@saranghae.es . Afterwards, the customer will receive a label with instructions on how to return the package.
Returned products will only be accepted if they are in proper condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Exercising the right of return converts the purchase contract into a cancellation relationship, and payments made must be refunded. Return costs will be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of the product, the purchase price paid will be refunded to the customer immediately.
SECTION 7 – PAYMENTS
Orders placed through www.saranghae.es must be paid in advance using the payment methods specified on the website. The following payment options are available: PayPal , credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay , PostCard , PostFinance Direct , Twint , Sofort (supported by Klarna).
Until full payment for the ordered products is received or until payment is confirmed by the credit card provider, the delivered products remain the property of SARANGHAE.es .
SECTION 8 – DATA PROTECTION
Under "My Account", the customer can modify his personal data at any time.
SARANGHAE.es uses and processes personal data to maintain customer relations and for its own marketing purposes. The customer can stop this automatic evaluation at any time. If you do not wish to receive any automatic personal evaluation, you can object in writing at any time.
The customer will only receive the SARANGHAE.es newsletter upon express request. Unsubscription is possible at any time.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Links to third-party sites on this page may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for reviewing or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and assume no liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, websites, or services. We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party sites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, or concerns regarding third-party products should be directed to the appropriate provider.

If you send comments to SARANGHAE.es (for example contest entries) or send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, "Comments"), you agree that SARANGHAE.es may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use such comments without restriction. We are not obligated to (1) treat any comments as confidential; (2) compensate you for any comments; or (3) respond to any comments. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or violates any third party's intellectual property rights or these Terms of Use. You agree that your comments will not violate any third-party's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality rights or other personal or proprietary rights. You also agree that your comments will not contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain viruses or malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any associated website. You are responsible for the accuracy of any comments you make. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party.
SECTION 11 - LIABILITY
Liability for product defects or damage caused by such defects is governed exclusively by SECTION 8 . For damages resulting from delays in delivery, SECTION 4 applies exclusively.
Furthermore, SARANGHAE.es , within the framework of applicable laws, excludes any other form of liability towards the customer in relation to the products, the use of the website www.saranghae.es and any damages arising from these. This includes the impossibility of providing services, non-performance and damages arising from illegal acts, except where there is evidence of intent or gross negligence.
SECTION 12 – PARTIAL INVALIDATION
If any provision of these terms and conditions is wholly or partially invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply instead of the invalid provisions.
SECTION 13 - APPLICABLE LAW
The contract is subject exclusively to Spanish law. The competent court for all disputes with SARANGHAE.es will be, unless otherwise provided by federal law, Barcelona, Spain .
SECTION 14 - CHANGES TO GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SARANGHAE.es expressly reserves the right to adjust these terms and conditions at any time and apply them with immediate effect to subsequent orders.
