Numbuzin Vitamin Boosting No.5 Essential Toner revitalizes tired, dull skin. It is formulated with four key ingredients including Arbutin, Bisabolol, Vitamin C and 50,000ppm Niacinamide, which reduce melanin and brighten skin. It also contains 20,000ppm Madewhite™ with Centella Asiatica extract, which simultaneously brightens and soothes skin. Glutathione Liposomes penetrate deep into skin cells and promote a radiant complexion.
